Full Job Description

We are an established and growing HVAC company, celebrating 40+ years in the industry. We offer stability and growth for all employees, fostering a supportive team environment. Join our team and train under experienced HVAC technicians and installers, all while working on commercial and residential projects.

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or equivalent required. A valid drivers license. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and or move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and or move more than 80 lbs.

Responsibilities:

As an HVAC Install Apprentice/driver, you will be primarily responsible for assisting HVAC Install foreman in the installation of HVAC and refrigeration units, utilizing knowledge of ductwork, control systems, pipe fitting, and electrical and structural layouts. Pick up and deliver the material. In this position, you will establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, and face to face. You will perform the scheduled tasks in a timely manner. Responsible for assisting and learning end-to-end testing, starting up, and assisting on assigned projects. Represents the company by learning to serve as the direct customer contact. Coordinates with supervising field foreman/project manager and customer to precisely understand requirements for all on-site installation and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing on-site work. Continually enforces safety to the highest standards and maintains security and accountability of company issued and procured assets by recording use, wear and conditions. Displays team effort and dedication to customer by maintaining flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires, including occasional overnight stays.
