Our A/C stopped working and after calling Ellis Air, they were able to send out a technician to evaluate the issue the next morning. They figured out what was going on right away and said we could have the issue resolved the following day. We thought about our options for too long and ended up scheduling the replacement of both our old outdoor unit and indoor unit due to the age of the equipment and them being outdated for what we would pay for and have a warranty with new equipment.
