We had Ellis A/C upgrade our system in our machine shop. We struggled keeping the shop comfortable in the TX heat. Aaron and Mike came out to look at our facility and put a plan in place. They upgraded one of our existing units and added a new unit to the rear of the building. The results were night and day this summer. No issues with creating a comfortable work environment. Our A/C stopped working and after calling Ellis Air, they were able to send out a technician to evaluate the issue the next morning. They figured out what was going on right away and said we could have the issue resolved the following day. We thought about our options for too long and ended up scheduling the replacement of both our old outdoor unit and indoor unit due to the age of the equipment and them being outdated for what we would pay for and have a warranty with new equipment. It was worth it and we'll be covered if anything wears out while we own our home for the next 10 years. Thank you for taking such good care of us and for all the prompt replies and follow up!!
